Can't open console in packaged build

I sent a build to an other person to test a multiplayer feature and he can’t open the console with the ` key in the packaged build.

It’s a development build for Win64.

I don’t have a problem with opening the console on my PC.

His keyboard is exactly the same as mine and when presses the same key he also types " ` " .

We tried to run it from administrator mode and from the command prompts already.

Could anyone suggest what else could we try?

Sorry nevermind.
His keyboard was set to United States and mine was on United Kingdom. Changing it to United Kingdom fixed it however this is rather silly.

Yes of course. I just used this to test if the multiplayer aspect works from different PC’s.

It’s worth noting that when you package for distribution, the console will not be available.
