Hi i need help i have tried and tried to follow tutorials on youtube i want to start making a map for a battle royale game i have thought of, my issue is when watching tutorial they open the console command type a command that it and then then press enter such as show static graph but i cant do this i dont know the key so i searched endlessly and found a video about it but now i goto project setting input console i change the key go back into unreal engine and it doesn’t work!!! WHY???

Hi. In editor Press: Window-Developer tools-Output Log. This worked for me.
Thanks! I didn’t know the console could be accessed in the log - there is in fact a tab already open under the “file explorer” by default

I couldn’t open the console even after remap using the Edit → Project settings - Engine → Input → Console.

ok the Output Log is an solution.
But why starts the Console ok in game mode and not in the Editor - this drives me crazy
One silly thing I noticed is that when you start the game in editor you have to click editor window that the game is running in. When I do that I was able to open the console
So press play, click the game window with your mouse, now you can press the key to open the console.
