Can't navigate menu with RB xbox controller

Hi,

I’m doing some controller support stuff and I’ve come across this issue where I cannot get RB to work or trigger at all. The controller definitely works and I have no problem using LB to go to a previous menu. I’ve also noticed that the breakpoint does not trigger when I press RB but it does for LB. I’ve also tested with multiple controllers and still the issue occurs. Any ideas?

Still no idea what’s causing this, it works fine on my main menu but not in gameplay for the same menu
