Can't move robotic arm to a exact point in world using CCDIK

Hi,

i am trying to make a industrial Robo, it has an arm and the tip of that arm has to move to the exact position on another actor, but when i set the target location it always moves to the same position on the actor even if i am changing the target position on the other actor. Here is my AnimBP…

i am setting this target location in my actor blueprint to which the arm has to move to. but it always moves to the same point on irrespective of the world location even i am changing it.
