my client characters can move but not the host

So… …you have 3 images of BP stuff. Where are all of these BP segments located?
How are you clients joining the server?
It is weird that the clients can move but the server cannot.
If you play your game with only the server, no clients, does that character move?
Does the server character spawn into the map/level at the desired location?
Are you running in PIE or Standalone?
The first and the last , in my gamemode and the midle in the thirdpersonbp
