Can't login to Quixel to convert points. Can't reset password. "Invalid request payload input"

With a day left before I can no longer convert my Quixel points, I’m not sure there’s anything to be done here. I’m unable to login to Quixel, and attempting to reset my password shows “Invalid request payload input” error. Is there any way to solve this? I am inputting the correct email for my quixel account. I’m not sure what the password is anymore

Yeah, still says ‘Invalid request payload input’. Using Chrome incognito

Hmm. I’ve passed that on to the team and they’ll take another crack at figuring out what’s going on. Are you able to log in to submit a support ticket?
