Can't login to Bridge

Hi!
I’m on the 5 version

While I’m in the Bridge Plug it want me to login, and when I do that it says “Java script Alert - file… Login Failed - Please try again…”

And I’ve tried multiple times and I have the right password because I can login on the website.

Just a quick question - do you have JavaScript constraints as part of your anti-virus software?
