Hey guys, as the title suggests I get an “There was an error contacting the remote server” message when I try and sign in to the UE4 Answer hub.
I’m not sure if this is the best place to ask, but I’m tearing my hair out on a problem I’m having with the UE4 editor and need to ask a question so this is pretty frustrating!
I’m using Chrome as a browser. I’m signed and everything works fine when I’m on at the unrealengine.com page, but then if I navigate to the answer hub page I don’t appear as signed in. If I try and sign in it gives the the error above, but if I click off to any other page I’m suddenly still logged in. Very strange. The same problem occurs in IE11 browser as well.
Any ideas what the problem could be? I feel like it’s server side.
