Can't log in the launcher and in epicgames.com

i can’t go on epicgames.com and every time i try to log in the epic launcher, the launcher crashes. can someone help me?

Try going to http://help.epicgames.com. Are you able to open this link? If so, this will be the best location for assistance with the launcher. If this does not work, please post back here and we’ll check what may be going on.
