Summary
Endless loading for all 3D model formats except UE. I can’t publish a new model because I’ve been waiting for the loading and data extraction to complete for over six hours. There were no such issues before. I thought it might be a server problem, but I couldn’t find any news about it. Neither FBX, OBJ, GLB, nor Blend files are uploading — nothing works at all. I tried deleting and re-uploading, but it didn’t help. I tried creating a new product — same problem. I checked my internet connection, and everything is fine on my end.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create new listing
- Upload any formats that are processed by the website after being uploaded.
- Try to “Submit for review”

Successful 3D model uploading
Observed Result
Error message “Your listing is invalid and cannot be sent to moderation”
