I am having trouble linking my Epic Account to Github. I keep receiving the same error “This GitHub account is already linked to another Epic Games account. I followed the instructions. https://www.unrealengine.com/en-US/ue-on-github and received this error. So I removed any links to Epic Games on my Github account both under Organisations and OAuth apps- perhaps this was a mistake, as I already had Epic Games as an organisation previously linked, but there was no reference to that link in my Epic Games profile, it appeared unlinked, so I removed any links. Now I am stuck.
I get the OAuth email from Github and Epic Games shows up in my OAuth Apps each time I go through the process, but I don’t get it linked. I have even deleted my Github account and recreated it. I have cleared all my browsing history and cache. I have removed my Gmail link to Epic Games as I thought this could be causing issues. The chat bot is no help. My only other thing I can think of is to register a new account with Github using a different email address.
Any help would be appreciated.
