Can't link DinoCharacterStatus to Character BP

This is my first time trying to make a mod and i’m trying to make a dino variant to the titanosaur, the only thing I can’t seem to change are the stats. I managed to find the characterstatus and edit this, but I can’t link this to the character bp. How do I make sure that my mod uses the new character status bp for the new variant?

Drag file to your mod folder and make copy ,rename it then make your changes to new file compile an save. Open character bp in upper right hand corner click on components delete old status component add new one compile and save. Done
