Can't launch packaged 32bit game on ue4.27

When im trying to package 32bit game with runuat.bat, the game is packaged but when im trying to launch it, it gives the
Fatal error: [File:D:/Build/++UE4/Sync/Engine/Source/Runtime/Engine/Private/ShaderCompiler/ShaderCompiler.cpp] [Line: 5349]
Missing global shader FWriteToSliceVS’s permutation 0, Please make sure cooking was successful.
but if i put the 64bit exe in it works.
this doesnt happen when im using ue4.24
i really need to package a 32bit game on ue4.27
