A creator just went viral on TikTok so I’m guessing the servers are just overwhelmed with an influx of new users.

Same, tried yesterday, tried today, and it seems it’s still not working. Good to know at least that I’m not the only one with this issue… I hope they fix this soon.

There was a service issue with the MetaHuman Creator Apply Form. This has now been resolved, and you’ll receive an email that will inform you that you have access.
Additionally, we’ve been informed that everyone that has tried has been given access- please try again, folks!

This can be the problem of your internet connection.
Get a fast internet connection of around 1 - 2 mbps and again open metahuman creator

Hi SkyEden!

I see your post regarding MetaHuman fixed it’s 4 days old but still it doesnt work. I’m on Chrome, Windows, and super fast Internet. The app opens and stays black screened. Same issue as before. And I didn’t get the email you mention.
