Can't launch just after i finished downloading

I just finished downloading the ue version 4.7.4 and each time i click the launch button nothing happen

Got a same problem with the launch after update to 4.7.4
using windows 10
Update got freezed on 90%, after restart luncher, lunch button is disabled with text “Not installed Unreal Engine 4.7.4”

Actually that isn’t my problem sorry m8 i finished downloading but i cna’t launch the engine
