Can't launch epic games launcher

Hello! I can’t open Epic games launcher due to error: Can’ open disk due to time exceeded. (something like that, I just translate from Russian my error)

I need to install Unreal Engine via Epic Games Launcher but I can’t at all.

My OS is Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.5

Its probably running in the background processes you can end the background process through task-manager or a simple restart should do it as well
