Cant launch a Level

Hey,

If i try the “Launch” button with any example level it will produce me a error and isnt starting.
Here is a copy.
Anyone knows a solution?

I also made a blank project with no starter content and it isnt working.
Also, i did reinstall the Engine and made recently a driver update on the graphic card.
Windows 7 - Its in Japanese - This might be a problem.
Intel Core i5-4200M
Intel HD Graphics 4600 - Latest driver version from windows update. Before this update my substance painter did crash all 5 min.
It might be this driver… not sure

I found the solution.
I had before the substance plugin installed. I did reinstall the engine and the engine did continue to use the plugin.
It said i dont have it installed and i made new projects. But they did not work.
After reinstalling the plugin and then deinstalling it.
And making a new project.
It started to work.
