Can't install Visual studio 2013 on windows 7 ultimate sp2. what can I do now ?

Hey, I am new to Unreal engine 4. My windows version does not support visual studio 2013. Should I change my OS to suit visual studio ? Or I have an alternative ?

Visual Studio 2013 can be installed on Windows 7 SP1 or later.
