Can't Install UT4 on Windows 10. Fresh Install

When trying to install UT4 to a Fat32 formatted disk (D:/) The install fails. I have tried multiple times with the most recent error being “Install Failed: A file access error has occurred. Please check your running processes.”

You sure it’s not 4GB file size limit? Or maybe installer don’t support FAT32

I installed UT4 to my C: drive which is NTFS formatted unlike my D: drive which is FAT32. This fixes the problem.
