Can't Install Unreal Engine?

Trying to install Unreal Engine for the first time today on my new Dell G5 laptop using the Epic Games Installer. I’m logged in to the installer but when I click the yellow “Install Engine” button absolutely nothing happens! Am I doing something wrong? I’ve also tried doing it via the library but little plus sign is grey and not yellow.

Could you try to start EpicGamesLauncher as Admin and try again?

Same issue here, starting the Launcher with Admin did not solved the latter.
