Can't install Unreal Engine, "not installed"

Hi, I’m trying to install Unreal Engine, I downloaded the launcher but when i open it there is on the left a button “not installed”, and I can’t do anything, can’t click. I tried with 2 different accounts, and I updated my operative system to install UE. What can I do?
