Can't install unreal engine from epic games launcher

As can be seen, the ‘+’ symbol under ‘Engine Versions’ is greyed out and I can’t install the engine. Could someone help me with this issue?

Hey I’m sure you’ve searched the web for solutions already but heres a Reddit Post someone made about this same issue. Besides the basic troubleshooting like restarting you can try just letting it sit for a moment. If I find something else I’ll post it. Good luck!

I try to restart WIndows 10 and it can install Unreal engine.

What does your Library tab look like? Can you add a Unreal Engine version with that + icon?
