Cant install UE4 after Subscribing

Hello everybody

I got a similar Problem as others in thsese threads but found no problem solving answer.

After i subscribed and downloaded the launcher i couldnt install UE4.

There is just a Message “UE4” is not installed and in the library is just a “SUBSCRIBE” button for any Version (4.0.1 to 4.4.0).

Please i Need help i dont know what to do now i dont want to waste my Money for a never ending chain of subscribing and downloading the launcher.

Even the Marketplace don’t show up…

Identical problem here as well. 4.4.0 is listed as “Not Installed”. In Library it just says “subscribe” for 4.40 even though I am. And marketplace doesn’t show up.

Running OSX Mavericks (fully up to date). Have turned all other programs off including anti-virus. Reinstalled the launcher and restarted computer. Left launcher active for approx. 20 minutes now. The launcher hasn’t crashed, as I can quite an re-open easily.

No joy.

I think this is a little annoying bug they gonna solve very fast :wink:

Hi everyone,

I’m sure you saw on the other thread, but we just wanted to let everyone know that we are looking into this right now. We are talking to the launcher team and we’ll get this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience with us as we work to get this fixed.

Hey everyone,

The issue has been fixed. Make sure to exit and then reopen the Launcher. Afterwards, if you are still experiencing issue please post here to let us know.
