Can't install plugins MD-0011-0

I can’t seem to install any plugins added in my library

The error I get can be seen above

I’ve been trying to add MetaHumans plugin but can’t do it in any way at this point.

I use a Silicon Macbook

Also having this issue. Noticed that when running multiple downloads, the queued plugin errored shows on epic games launcher queue with no name

My conclusion is that Unreal Engine is obsolete.

i have this same issue but my ue engine is 5.5 and the plug in also so how
