Can't install plugins from the launcher

Hi all! Faced with a problem - plugins are not installed from the Launcher on the engine 4.27. I press the install button on the engine and nothing happens. What can be the reason? I’m running on a MacBook Pro with an Intel i7 processor.

Did you ever solve this?

Same here on Mac Mini M2…in UE5.2, 5.3 & 5.4. But only with specific plugins. Some work, some don’t.
