Anyone else get this error message when trying to install the exporter into 3ds max 2019?
Just to add to this. I if I go to uninstall it gives me the same message. The Specified account already exists. I have tried everything, looked through the forums and have gotten no support on this.
If someone from from Epic could please point me in the right direction that would be great. As of right now I can not use Datasmith with max 2019 or 2018.
