Hi all,
as the title says, I can’t install the Epic Games Launcher.
My machine has Windows 8.1, 8 GB ram memory, DirectX 11.
When I start the installer, immediately an error message appears. There is a problem with a ddl file who doesn’t work.
then I am forced to quit the installation process.
PS I don’t know how attache the dxdiag in this message.
PPS no log avaible 'cause the Launcher is not installed yet.
