Can't initialization after build, mac os 10.11 xcode 7.3

i can’t run UE4 after build the UE4 project
Unreal Editor loading stuck at 45%
it show this log below in xcode :

Are you building the engine from source or attempting to compile a code project? Can you provide the build setup used in XCode? Also, can you try building ShaderCompileWorker specifically and then try building / opening the engine again?
