Can't import scan files!

Hi there!

I work with 3D scans in the office and usually successfully export them into the CR. Now I went on a business trip and I needed to see them on my laptop. I installed the CR and was found that export mesh button isn’t clickable. I sent the file to the office and it was successfully exported by an employee there. I can not understand what the problem is. He even scanned with Kinect and exported it. I couldn’t do that at my laptop. 

Laptop - i7 quad core, 16gb ddr ram, 1060 GTX

Files were processed in Artec Studio

Scanners used - ArtecEva, Kinect 3D

Hi Michael, 

Is it potentially a licensing issue i.e license is not correctly transferring to your laptop? I believe that the trial version of CR does not allow some export functionality, maybe the case here?
