cant import assets

Hi there ,

From no where i ve tarted to have problem - i cannot import any assets .
The buttons import and add not even highlighted , here is a screen

Also whe is ckicl "save all " nothing is happening .
I re installed UE , but nothing changed .

I think you need to be in the content folder
