Using the place actor mode, I am unable to do anything as far as translating, rotating and scaling objects. I am left with only the 4 point arrow that scrolls around the scene. I cannot get the viewport controls to work. Scaling, rotation and translate work if manually typed in, but I cannot get them to highlight to do so with the mouse cursor. These functions were working until I reached the foliage limit. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there a solution?
So I found the solution, at least for now. I had to uninstall and reinstall the engine.
