Can't get the Physics assets to behave in the same way as in PHAT

The title says it all really… I have been editing the Physics Asset associated with my character’s mesh.

I have been modifying it to my liking, getting it to a pleasing result, which is a slower, more realistic ragdoll dying fall. However, when I play it in game, it looks nothing like what I see in the PHAT.

I even tried to go extreme, setting linear damping to 50 or so, which gives this result (this is not slowed down):

However, in game my character still falls down quickly.

What am I missing here? Yes, the asset is the one associated to the mesh. This is what I do to enable ragdoll:
