Can't get camera movement to render out

I am learning how to do virtual production with a green screen. I use a vive tracker on my real camera and have the tracking move a virtual camera in Unreal. I have recorded some camera movements to a sequence in Unreal but when I try to render the sequence it renders a video of a static camera despite seeing all the camera movement inside unreal. I appreciate any help!

is there a camera in your sequencer that a camera cut track is referencing?
