Can't get assets stolen frome Fab remived from Epic owned site

About a month ago I got several messages pointing out that someone had taken my assets from fab and uploaded it to Artstation with the stolen screenshots and all. They had already reported it to Epic. I reported it to Epic. I made the dmac claim and after tedious process finally got “team is investigating”. Now that it has been a month I can see the stolen asset still sold on the site so I replied to the ticket saying “team is investigating”. You know what I got from auto reply? I got “it looks like you are answering to closed ticket. To reach out please visit..” hahahaaha!. Really not so funny. Epic did not in anyway inform me that they decided not to remove the stolen assets. I must say this is super irritating and frustrating.

I see it is open season for asset theft in Epic universe.
