Can't find the Android file for my Android Setup

Hi, I’m using UE 4.16.1 and I’m trying to follow the directions for the Required Android Setup on the Android Quick Start page, but I cannot find the Android folder that holds the application for the Android setup.

On the Android Quick Start page, it says that it’s in Engine > Extras > Android. But I don’t have an Extras folder in Engine. I’ve found an Extras folder in Epic Games > Launcher > Portal > Extras. But I don’t have an Android folder in there.

I don’t have a Engine Version folder either. In my Epic Games folder I just have 3 folders DirectxRedist, Launcher, and UE4 Projects.

I have an Engine folder in Epic Games > Launcher > Engine. But there is no Extras folder, nor an Android folder in there.

Can I not find the Android Setup application because I have Visual Studio 2017 installed, instead of versions 2010, 2012 or 2013? Do I have to download it from somewhere?

Have u installed codeworks for android?

I didn’t have the setup files codeworks in the version I had before. But after updating to 4.17, it had it and I was able to install it and set it up.
Thanks anyway, though.
