I began the online course “Build a Detective’s Office Game Environment” by Justin Mohlman, I read the Doc, Accessing project files using Marketplace redemption codes. I successfully redeemed the code on my account, but cannot locate the project files anywhere. I have checked the Vault section of the Library tab in my Epic Games Launcher. I have searched the Marketplace. - Nothing. Have the files been removed for some reason?
I checked back a couple of hours later and the project files are in my Epics Games Launcher | Library | Vault - as expected. I think Epic may having been having server issues. Some of their web pages weren’t loading correctly around that time either…
I cant find it neiter, change the redeem code but it is not in the voult
Got the same problem here.
Make ensure you quit the ‘Epic Games Launcher’ and ‘Unreal Engine’. Restart the ‘Epic Games Launcher’ and go to the VAULT under Library shows me the learning project files.
