Hi guys ive had projects in 5.4 5.5 and 5.6 so far and ive been using visual studio code and its been fine up until now. whenever i go onto vs code on my unreal project solution file it always seems to be throwing up errors saying it cant configure it because the integration tool is missing or outdated it then also says that the .NET packages contain vulnerabilities and doesnt seem to be able to build my project through there at all
If you arent doing a commercial project I would recommend trying Rider instead of Visual studio, I struggled alot trying to get visual studio to not just give errors from everything but rider seems to just work. You can also buy a license if you are doing something commercial.
