Can't find effects content examples

New to UE4, the documentation and video tutorials refer to the Effects Content examples.

I can’t find it. I can’t find a download link, searching just lists the documentation pages. I found a help question answer that said to use the “learn” menu but I don’t see that either in unreal editor?

How do I get and download the tutorial content files?

It’s available in the launcher by going to the learn tab. OR if you have the editor open click on the toolbar icon for the marketplace then navigate to the learn tab to download the Content Examples. Once this downloaded you can open yhe project then open the level for effects examples.
