Can't find doppler in Metasound

Hi!
I know there is a doppler node on sound cue, but I can’t find it in Metasound.
Will I have to customize it? If so, can anyone tell me how?

It seems crazy that what was previously 1 node seems no longer supported.

Update: I hate it, but it appears you can use a MetaSound as the Wave Source for a Sound Cue.

The MetaSound still works as expected. I can still update parameters in real-time.
