can’t find clothing tool in the Editor Preferences
i use unreal engine 4.7.1

Could you please let me know if you have found the solution yet? If you did, what was the problem?
I am having the same problem here, it seems I can’t find clothing tools anywhere, I am using 4.17 as you do.
All I see is remove clothing asset and apply clothing asset. Create new clothing and the clothing paint tool is no where to be found.

in 4.17 you have to go into edit - editor preferences - experimental and then check the clothing tools option
