Can't find a way to properly import the skeletal mesh from blender to unreal engine 5

Hello everyone, i am having a big problem i can’t figure out how to solve.
I am working on a project wich involves both blender and UE5, i am using a skeletal mesh wich is pretty much a rigged model with a FACE RIG, wich is the biggest issue.

This is the rigged animation/model i am trying to export:

And this is the WEIRD result:

I also get this output message while importing:

I am struggling hard with this, but i can’t solve this problem. A huge thanks for the help
