Can't export Houdini crowd as instanced SkelRoots USD to Unreal

Is there anyone try to export Houdini crowd as USD to Unreal?
I tried to export Houdini crowd to USD which contain instanced SkelRoots, this USD can be imported into Maya correctly, but in Unreal all I got is a huge t-pose mesh and missing skeleton, I tried both in UE5.3 and 5.4, it seems like Unreal doesn’t recognize SkelRoots USD which exported by Houdini.
Can anyone share some experience with USD instanced SkelRoots workflow? thanks.
