Hello guys Im really confused and I need help.
Last week I got email from Epic saying Im suspended for a week from publishing maps and monetization for breaking rule: keep it authentic. I never got any warning or any other email before. I have since deleted all my previous maps because they didnt tell me which one broke the rules. And now after a week I checked my creator portal and it says I have to enroll as creator again but when I try I get message saying I have already tried enrolling and now have to wait for 3 months before i can try to enroll again. No idea what the heck is happening and they ignored me completely on support requests when I tried to reach out so I ask you here.
Any help is appreaciated.
