While my asset was under review, I finished some additional demo videos and upgraded the thumbnail. Now that the asset is approved, I can not add anything new to the description, nor edit the information. I can only publish it. Is it how Fab works now? Do I really have to delete the listing and start over with the whole reviewing process only to change the thumbnail and add some extra media files? 
Is the status of the product Live ? (*there some short delay just after being approved)
If there no Submit for Review button(or greyed out), contact support: support.fab.com/s/?ProductOrigin=FabSupport
They will reset your product status or try to use other browsers like Opera.
