Cant download UT 4 because of "Product Activation Failed"

Hi, when trying to download Unreal Tournament 4, I got an error as seen above that has the error code E150-1041.
I can download the Unreal Tournament 4 editor tool but not the game its self for some reason.

Actually, when going to download the editor the same problem happens too.

boys i think it’s the server of epic games because that error is new, i also get it :frowning:
