So I’ve been using UE4 for a year now and got a new computer. Upon trying to download the launcher, it makes me sign in. I sign in using my account info but every single time I do it, it redirects me to the ‘create an account’ page. I’ve been using the same ■■■■ account for a year. Even if I ‘create a new account’ with that email or a different one, it keeps redirecting me to the create an account page. Then it says “there’s an account associated with the email.” NO ■■■■ SHERLOCK. So how the ■■■■ do I even download the launcher?
