I can’t download Twinmotion assets, after pressing the DL icon I get an exclamation mark, I can download SKETCFAB and Megascans but not the regular assets, any clues on why I cant download them?

Are you signed in to your Epic Games Account when trying to download them?
Alternatively, did you try to download Library packs from the Home Panel?
These will grant you access to all Twinmotion assets.

Could you please confirm that you are launching Twinmotion from the Epic Games Launcher?
Also, please make sure you are an administrator on your machine or have full permissions to access the Twinmotion folder on your computer.
Additionally, ensure that no required websites are blocked. This can sometimes happen when working within a company network. You may want to check with your IT department to confirm that you have access.
