Cant download quixel trees

Summary

I can download everything as I have claimed all megascans but with trees it says “ To access Unreal Engine files, add the asset to your Library. “ even if on store it says “ saved in your library “ already

Click on download from the link , it says “ To access Unreal Engine files, add the asset to your Library.”

Expected Result

Download the assets since i have claimed them

Observed Result

Nothing happens

Not working for me either. All other quixel scans seem to be working just fine.

The Megascan trees I’ve identified as NOT WORKING are as follows:

Norway Maple
Common Hazel
European Beech
European Hornbeam
European Black Alder
