I’ve been using Sketchfab to host models for around two years now with a premium account. I missed a payment changing cards recently and had to wait a few days to get the payment set up again.
Despite upgrading back to premium, I can no longer download any of my models I had uploaded to the site. Anything I’ve uploaded since can be downloaded but nothing from before.
I was wondering if anyone’s found a way to make their models downloadable again after changing subscriptions.
