Can't download from Marketplace

Hi,

I have previously bought a product form the Marketplace which I now want to download again to update it to the latest version. However, if I download it from the Marketplace the Launcher will launch, but nothing happens. I can see my old product in the “Vault” but my only option here is “Add to project”. I can not remove, update or anything. What’s wrong here?

Any updates? It’s happening the same to my projects. Some of them, for any reason, are not downloading and adding to the projects, even if they are compatible with the version I’m using. thanks!
